These Terms & Conditions govern use of Casper AI, operated by Super Technology Studios and Casper Global. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

To use Casper AI, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to use Casper AI to generate or transmit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content; attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; use the Service to build a competing product; or use generated content (including images) to impersonate, defame, or deceive others.

Casper AI offers a free tier with usage limits (including message limits) and a paid Pro subscription offering expanded access. Pro fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis as set out at checkout.

Casper AI may generate text, images, and other content in response to your prompts. You are responsible for how you use generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated output, and you should independently verify important information before relying on it.

All software, models, and underlying technology powering Casper AI remain the property of Super Technology Studios / Casper Global. You retain ownership of prompts and content you submit, and (subject to applicable law) the content generated for you, provided it complies with these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Super Technology Studios and Casper Global are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
