Casper AI
Security
How we secure your data, conversations, and infrastructure across Casper AI.
📅 Published: 2026-08-15
🔄 Last Updated: 2026-08-24
📑 Sections: 9
Section 1
Our Approach to Security
Casper AI runs on infrastructure fully owned and operated by Super Technology Studios and Casper Global, rather than third-party AI APIs. This gives us direct control over how your prompts, conversations, and account data are stored, processed, and protected at every layer.
Section 2
Infrastructure & Hosting
Casper AI runs on privately owned servers and data center infrastructure. Access to physical and virtual infrastructure is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Section 3
Data Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (TLS/SSL). Sensitive data, including account information and stored conversation history, is protected using appropriate encryption and access controls at rest.
Section 4
Access Controls
Access to user accounts, conversations, and generated content is role-based and limited strictly to personnel who require it to perform their duties. All administrative access is logged and monitored.
Section 5
Conversation & Memory Data Protection
Conversation history used to power Casper AI's memory feature is stored within our own infrastructure and protected under the same access and encryption controls as all other account data. You can delete stored conversations at any time via your account settings.
Section 6
Payment Security
Payment processing for Pro subscriptions is handled through compliant, secure payment infrastructure. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems.
Section 7
Monitoring & Incident Response
We monitor our systems for unusual activity and maintain processes to detect, respond to, and remediate security incidents. In the event of a data breach affecting personal information, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Section 8
Vulnerability Management
We regularly review and update our systems to address security vulnerabilities and apply patches across our infrastructure and software.
Section 9
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for promptly notifying us of any suspected unauthorized access to your account.
